Baby It’s the Guitarzan

It’s been a while since we last spoke, so I thought I would catch you up on what’s been happening. Mostly a bunch of nothing. I have a few ideas for posts like the Guitar Shaped Swimming Pool, but I can never seem to find the time or gumption to start let alone finish.
This post isn’t really any exception, I have these photos because I made the effort to go to a gathering at Carter Vintage Guitars. The evening was supposed to be one where photographers got to try out the latest Fuji equipment. And I would have been up for that except for the number of folks who also wanted to try the Fuji cameras on offer. I stuck with my Hasselblad X2D and took what I think are some nice pictures considering the number of people in the small space.
The eagle-eyed among you will notice that I have edited the pictures for content. I removed the price tags when they got in the way of the picture. I’m all for leaving the price tag on something, we used to call it the Minnie Pearl back in the day. But, when the price tag is the picture rather than the subject, something had to give. And the thing to give was my reluctance to use the generative remove tool in Lightroom.
Here’s hoping you dig the shots.
